We offer free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

Estimated US delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit — no questions asked.

To start a return, just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@claras-gemstones.com with your order number. Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Damaged or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
